These terms cover use of this website and set out what to expect when arranging work with Jang Mobile Tire Service. They are not a service contract; the terms of any particular job are agreed when you call.
Information on this site
The service descriptions, coverage areas, and guidance on this site are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. Road conditions, availability, and what is possible at a given location change constantly, so nothing here is a commitment to attend a specific place at a specific time. Coverage described on the area pages is a description of where we normally work, not a guarantee of attendance.
Quotes and pricing
No prices are published on this site. Prices are quoted by phone based on the vehicle, the tire size, and what the job actually involves, and are confirmed before work begins. A quote given before seeing the vehicle may change if the problem turns out to be different from the description — if that happens, you will be told before any additional work is done.
Safety and roadside work
Roadside work is only carried out where it is safe to do so. If a vehicle is stopped in a live traffic lane, on a narrow shoulder, or anywhere that working on it would put people at risk, we will decline to work at that location and say so. If a vehicle needs recovery rather than a tire or a battery, we will tell you — Jang Mobile Tire Service does not tow.
Workmanship and parts
Awaiting confirmation from the client: Do you offer any warranty on workmanship, and on new or used tires? What are the exact terms?
Nothing about warranty coverage has been written here, because a warranty is a commitment only the business can make. Any terms supplied will be stated here exactly as given.
Cancellations and call-outs
