Coverage is described honestly rather than generously. Some of these are ten minutes from the base and some are a genuine drive up a concession road, and the pages below say which is which. If you are outside this list, call and ask — you will get a straight answer rather than a van that turns around.

How long does it take to get to you?
Coverage is grouped into three bands rather than a promised time per town. A single van cannot honestly quote a different figure for Courtice and Bowmanville, and a published response-time promise is one closed highway away from being a broken one. These are ranges, and they assume the roads are behaving.
